La Pavoni
The La Pavoni is a manual espresso machine and I own one since I bought it in 1994 while in Florence. While I have always loved the idea of this machine, I never really learnt to use it properly. It requires a lot of love and most of the time I am just to impatient to use it. So I rarely use it and hence I am not good at using it. A vicious cycle.
Fortunately, there is a great guide with lots of details on how to get a good espresso using the La Pavoni. Time to set up the machine again and use it.
